Therapeutic Yoga
Have you always wanted to try yoga but don’t feel you are conditioned or flexible enough to do it?
Realignment yoga may be what you are looking for.
Realignment yoga starts at the very beginning teaching the fundamentals of movement meeting you where you are at in your body right now. It allows you to move safely within your range of movement without risk of injury. This is not a traditional yoga class with advanced poses that are fast paced and challenging.
Realignment yoga teaches you that you don’t have to over-stretch to move your body and that your body is made to move pain free.
You can expect a whole body approach with a combination of breathing, gentle movement, strengthening and relaxation.
You must be able to move up and down from the floor with relative ease.
Gentle Movement & Meditation
This is the perfect class to begin a meditation class.
The class begins with gentle yoga movements anyone can do ending with meditation.
This 15 minute practice is guided, focusing on the breath. Focusing on your breathing takes you attention on your thoughts and over time quiets the mind. This mindfulness technique is excellent for beginning and maintaining a practice


Therapeutic Movement for
Osteoarthritis & Joint Replacement
Our therapeutic movement classes are ideal for those managing osteoarthritis or recovering from hip and knee replacements 6 months after surgery once your physiotherapist and/or surgeon gives permission.
We focus on enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility to support your healing journey.
Through guided exercises, you'll work on building muscle strength and improving balance, which are essential for joint stability and reducing pain. Our classes are designed to help you move safely and confidently, whether you're managing arthritis or recovering in the critical months after surgery.

What we offer

Group Classes
All classes take place at my home studio in Prince Albert.Each class has a maximum of 7 spots available for registration.After selecting your preferred day and time to attend each week, please share this in the comment box and fill out the "Connect" form below. You'll receive a confirmation along with instructions for sending payment via e-transfer. If you prefer to pay by cheque or cash, reach out to me to make arrangements. I'll email you my studio address and any additional details you need a week before classes begin.

Private Sessions
A one-on-one yoga session is tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals, allowing for personalized instruction, focused alignment adjustments, and a practice designed around your current physical abilities and any specific concerns you may have, whether it be injuries, limitations, or desired areas of focus, all within a supportive and attentive environment.
