Therapeutic Yoga for Osteoarthritis & Joint Replacement
These classes are for specifically designed for those with painful knees or hips, on the surgery waitlist, and those who have undergone knee and/or hip replacement. The movements will be designed to accommodate both floor and chair movements, making them accessible to individuals with varying needs and abilities. Whether you are able to practice on the floor or in a chair, you'll find these classes tailored to your comfort and mobility.
Please note that to access the studio, you will need to be able to navigate stairs, 3 stairs at the entrance and one flight of stairs to the studio.
What to expect:
- Gentle targeted movements to improve joint flexibility and strength.
- Mindful breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and pain.
- Guidance and adjustments based on your individual needs and limitations.

The following 5-week series is $100.
All classes take place at my home studio.
Each class has a maximum of 6 spots available for registration.
